We are aware that each Wedding day is individual and that the Menus & Buffets may not be to everyone's liking, we therefore, are very flexible, and are able to adapt these to meet your requirements. Please ask our Wedding Co-ordinator for details.

We do not allow outside caterers to be brought in please tells us if this is going to cause you a problem.

We have a full Civil Ceremonies licence however, the Registrar must be arranged directly with them for the date of your choice.

We have several resident DJ's and therefore do not allow outside DJ's to be used.

Minimum Numbers:
Minimum numbers are required for the various wedding packages available, these numbers exclude free places for children.

Together we will agree a minimum number. If the final number falls below this, a charge will be applicable. This will be based upon the difference from the original figure.

If booking a set wedding package this will be subject to you having a sit down meal and evening buffet. Minimum numbers for the evening buffet will be 75% of the total number of guests.

Investment Terms:

When booking your wedding day a £500 non-refundable deposit is required for the date of your special day.

No more monies have to be paid until 2 weeks before your wedding day

Cancellations By The Mallard Suite:
The Mallard Suite may cancel the booking under the following circumstances:

The Suite or any part of it is closed due to circumstances outside our control.

If it might prejudice the reputation of, or cause damage to The Mallard suite.

The suite may at its discretion and subject to cancellations by clients, section below, refund any advance payments except the initial deposit made but will have no further liability to the client.

Entertainment:
The Mallard Suite will be happy to supply any entertainment, subject to availability and sufficient notice. If your first choice is not available, every effort will be made to accommodate your preference. Please note that no entertainment or service can be booked prior to the receipt of a deposit.

VAT:
All prices are exclusive of VAT and this is charged at a rate of 17.5%.
