We are aware that each Wedding day is individual and that the Menus & Buffets may not be to everyone's liking, we therefore, are very flexible, and are able to adapt these to meet your requirements.

Please ask our Wedding Co-ordinator for details.

We do not allow outside caterers to be brought in please tells us if this is going to cause you a problem.
We have a full Civil Ceremonies licence however, the Registrar must be arranged directly with them for the date of your choice.
We have several resident DJ's and therefore do not allow outside DJ's to be used.

Terms and Conditions

If you see a package that you want but have different numbers attending, please speak to the wedding coordinator to discuss your options and price.

INVESTMENT TERMS

When booking the date of your choice a £500 non-refundable deposit is required.

No more money will have to be paid until 3 months before your event. Then 50% of the outstanding amount will need to be paid. If the monies are not paid 7 days after the agreed date, the venue has the right to cancel and resell the date. Your deposit will be non-refundable. Your final balance can then be paid 7-10 days before your event. (All prices are exclusive of VAT)

CANCELLATIONS BY THE CLIENT

If the client cancels an event over 4 months before their chosen date, no more monies will have to be paid, but your deposit will be non-refundable nor transferable.

3 months in advance, after paying half of your balance, no more monies will need to be paid, but monies paid will be non-refundable or transferable.

If the client has to cancel less than 1 month prior to the event the venue will request 100% of the anticipated charge.

In all instances, notification of cancellation must be made in writing and will be effective on the date received, and acknowledged in writing by Qvardis and the Mallard Suite

CANCELLATIONS BY QVARDIS AND THE MALLARD SUITE

Qvardis and the Mallard Suite may cancel the booking under the following circumstances:

Qvardis and the Mallard Suite is closed due to circumstance outside our control
If it might cause prejudice to the reputation of, or cause damage to Qvardis and the Mallard Suite.
